    Clinical Research Financial Analyst:

    Duties

    - To support clinical teams and designated programs by planning and tracking of external program resources, internal resources and to ensure operational and financial excellence.
    - Provide operational guidance and leadership for assigned clinical programs and ensure adherence to business processes.
    - 1. Ensure compliance with Research  Business Unit operational processes by providing expertise in preparation of program external budgeting for trials and project level activities (Phase I-IIIb).
    - 2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the external budget for the program/project in the clinical planning and tracking systems
    - 3. Ensure timeline implications relative to the external budget are raised to the Clinical Trial Leader/Clinical Trial Head in a timely manner.
    - 4. Support in the preparation of resource reports for management presentations and ensure completion and accuracy of required forms for management approval.
    - 5. Develop best practices for managing program and trial level budgets, including system and process related opportunities.
    Skills
    - Manage financial requirements of global clinical programs.
    - 1. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and approval of the Total Trial Grant utilizing benchmarking and historical spending data to ensure high quality estimates, as well as review/update of the trial grant
    - 2. Ensure accuracy of global financial planning and tracking of external budget forecasts and yearly split of trial costs in OPX2.
    - 3. Review and communicate external financial updates on a monthly basis to the Clinical Teams.
    - 4. Liaise with Project Management to ensure internal/external forecasts are in line with Global TA/BU expectations.
    - 5. Interact with Program Allocation Resource Manager (PARM) regarding the updates of country specific Trial Commitment Forms and adjust OPX2 accordingly.
    - 6. Interact with Outsourcing Management regarding contract and amendment approvals and adjust OPX2 accordingly.
    - 7. Interact with financial analysts/cross functional colleagues to resolve discrepancies from local accounting systems.
    

     

     

    Behavioral Counselor in Clinical Research

    We are seeking a self-motivated and committed Psychology/Behavioral Counselor to provide full-time counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families for our Clinical Psychology Clinical Research. As a Counselor with Behavioral Healthcare, you will conduct individual and group counseling sessions as well as crisis intervention during the day.

    Additional tasks of the Counselor include:

    • Assisting in Assessing and counseling individuals and performing preliminary psychosocial evaluations
    • Assisting the doctor in developing individualized treatment plans that define services and interventions
    • Document clinical service delivery, keep records of individual contacts and complete all required to ensure that clinical services are billed in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining the appropriate sized caseload to meet productivity expectations
    • Attending outpatient staff meetings for agency communication, clinical consultation and training
    • Coordinating the provision of clinical services for individuals with other programs and/or medical services

    Job Requirements

    Must possess excellent assessment skills. You must also be able to work as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements for the Mental Health Counselor include:

    • High School, Diploma or Bachelor degree with experience in psychology or religious background in Human Services, Social Services or a related field
    • Experience providing counseling to adults, adolescents and children
    • Strong computer abilities and proficiency
    • Bilingual
